Join Casey and Aisling for a weekend yoga retreat at the stunning Cliffs of Moher Retreat Centre. 

This weekend retreat has been designed specifically to help you connect with your centre to open your heart to the beauty all around you and within. Take the time just for you to Root Down and Rise Up.

With invigorating morning yoga practices to enliven the soul, and relaxing evening practices to relax the mind and body, you will leave feeling nourished from the inside out!


Yoga Classes

Aisling and Casey’s root-to-rise workshop-based yoga classes are intended to teach you how to go deeper into your practice through acceptance and create space to listen to your inner teacher.

Learn how to use your breath to guide you through both grounding and uplifting apex yoga poses from grounding hip openers such as splits and heart openers such as wheel. Throughout the weekend, these sunny and playful yang practices are balanced by quiet and moonlight-still yin classes to leave you feeling nurtured, soul-fed.


While off the yoga mat, take time to bring joy to your heart: put your bare feet in the soil, feel them tickled by grass or dig your toes into the sand to experience healing, nourishment and a sense of grounding. Morning walks – with the option of silence – and afternoon free time will reconnect you with the wisdom and teachings of nature and ignite a compassionate and loving relationship with human spirit.

Relax, take a walk and partake in a welcome drink and sweet treat with your fellow retreat participants

18:00   Candlelit Yin Yoga (90 minutes)

20:00    Dinner – delicious, healthy fare! Followed by arrival introduction chat to the weekend, the schedule and the area



08:00   Delicious healthy breakfast buffet

08:30   Early morning walk/journalling

10:00   2 Hour Hip Opening Yoga Workshop

12:30    Lunch – lots of yummy healthy food!

Free time – Options to take a trip to Lahinch to the beach, go surfing, take a tour of the area including the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren or stay and relax and enjoy a treatment

17:30   2 Hour Candlelit Yin Yoga Practice

19:30    Dinner – more lovely homemade healthy food followed by a delicious healthy dessert

Our beautiful glass fronted sauna will be available at all times during your stay and we will fire up our wood burning hot tub on Saturday, weather permitting

10:00    2 hour Heart Opening Yoga Class
